A leader is insightful, visionary, influential and strategic. He or She can leverage skills across all levels. It is someone who can listen, can empower and who can make a synopsis of what has been said.
A coach is someone who will “partner” with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. It’s all about helping individuals and groups overcome their challenges through a process to act fast on maximizing their potential and productivity.
