For several reasons I feel I am lucky; one of them is that I have the opportunity to explore new horizons in trying to help individuals and companies work on their challenges to reach new levels.
In this interview, Eric emphasized the importance of having a coach, not only an individual coach but also a team coach. There is nothing more rewarding to help people, one of my next aspirations, is to coach teams. Just as Bill Campbell was so inspirational to Google and Apple.
