Five soft skills in high demand, this 3rd video is on persuasion. Just imagine you need to persuade someone, what do you do? Though persuasion is convincing someone to do or believe something, they will only do that if they understand and agree with your views.

Important to note, when persuading someone, my/our intentions should be good/worthy/honorable.

These are my thoughts about how to be persuasive:

1. The first one I believe is having empathy. Try and find common ground. Once you have found common ground, you can use this to build trust and find a solution that is good for everyone.

2. It’s all about the confidence that you can solve their problem.

3. Show that you can solve their problem. If you want to reach a new level of success, but you don’t know how to proceed? I first need to gain your trust, then you might want to know more about my approach.

Finally, I do want to stress out that I can only persuade someone if I believe it’s right for everyone.
