Before talking about finding a mentor. It’s the end of the year holiday season. Usually, a period when we want to spend time with our family and close friends; a period to relax and reflect on the past year; or if you are in sales, you are maybe closing your last opportunities.

Anyhow, a period that is usually emotionally charged but in a good way.

For me, 2019 had its ups and downs. On the downside, sadly, my mother passed away on January 25th, 2019. It was terrific that until her 86, she was still very active. What kept her going was her autonomy, curiosity to keep on learning and wish to be surrounded by young people.

On the upside, I am so happy to have confirmed for the last 3 years my path as a business owner. The days are past where I have to live the values and objectives of others. In my current role, I am so blessed to work with incredible people that want some support to know what they need to focus on to improve to advance their career, people who wish to challenge the status quo of eventually being unhappy professionally. Bottom line great individuals that understand that they will more likely achieve their goals when they belong to a supportive, encouraging group of peers.

Besides that, I am also grateful and honoured to have won Futurpreneurs – Vivian Prokop Mirchandani Mentorship Award of 2019! Finding a mentor isn’t always easy and receiving this recognition amongst 3000 Futurpreneur mentors is an honour.

Finally, I wish you and your loved ones a Happy Holiday Season & a Great & Joyful 2020!

Thank you for your interest in my posts.
