I. Group MentorCoach services program
Group MentorCoach services program came to life as I had customers that wanted a structured framework to assist them in thinking differently, focus on the areas need to improve their professional performance or business and connect with other like-minded people through a community.
The services program is a seven-week program as described below. For every week there is a video and associated worksheet. Every Friday’s at 2 pm CET or 8 am EST there is a community call to go over the different questions that the participants (max. 10 people) have.
Hugh is an intelligent, engaging and empathetic career coach. His Guiding Progress Group Mentor Coach program helped me focus on the areas I needed to improve to advance my career. Hugh’s curiosity, active listening skills, and authenticity allow him to connect with his clients on a personal level and provide advice perfectly tailored to them. I wholeheartedly recommend Hugh’s coaching services.
Thank you, Hugh, for working together. In a few words, you have been a great listener, and the way you presented your program helped me better shape my mind & projects towards the future. From planting the seed to grow the plant, your coaching gave me great insights & way of working to think differently and reconsider my own way to do business. Once again, thanks for your time, your patience & your energy !
